Customization Orders – Return & Refund Policy
Since our products are custom-made to order, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind. However, you are eligible for free replacement or a full refund in cases where:
- The product arrives damaged due to shipping or a production defect.
- The customization input provided by you was implemented incorrectly by us.
Order Cancellation
Once a personalized order is locked for production, we are unable to cancel or modify it. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
If you need to make changes, contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to accommodate your request (subject to production status).
Replacement Policy
We stand by the quality of our products. If your item is:
- Damaged, defective, or faulty due to production or shipping,
- Customization input was processed incorrectly by us,
- Or the product has not been delivered after 3 weeks of no tracking updates:
We will replace the item free of charge. Please contact us within 30 days of product delivery with the following details:
- Order number
- Photos or videos of the defective product (if applicable)
- Description of the issue
Shipping Charges for Returns
- Returns due to customer fault (e.g., wrong address provided, incorrect input) will require you to cover the shipping fee.
- Returns caused by our error will be fully covered by us.
