Once we receive your uploaded picture, a professional designer will outline the simple lines and create a custom painting just for you. We guarantee to complete your outline painting within 24 hours.

Step 2:

We will adjust the embroidery color according to your order requirements and make sure no details are missed, such as adding words or patterns. This process will be completed within 12 hours of the Car Photo drawing being completed.

Step 3:

We use professional computerized embroidery machines to start embroidery. Flat embroidery is the most widely used embroidery technique, which allows us to sew your drawings accurately and beautifully. This ensures the hoodie is durable and high quality to stand the test of time.

Embroidering on a hoodie typically takes 2-3 days to complete.

Care instructions:

- When washing for the first time, do not wash for 24 hours.
- Wash in warm water, inside out, with similar colors.
- If possible, air dry. (We do not recommend tumble drying.)
- Do not bleach.
- Please do not dry clean.

  • For delivering successfully, we suggest you leave your correct email box and mobile number during checkout process.
  • Unsuccessful delivery caused by blank mobile column cannot be compensated.
  • PO Box or BFPO is not accepted if you choose express shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, even including apartment or unit number. Non-delivery or extra shipping fees due to personal reasons will not be taken by giftscar.
  • Your order can be tracked in detail only when it arrives at your country's facility. After it arrives in your country, please allow 5-7 days more for the package to reach you.

4. How long do I have to report a shipping issue?

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery to report theft or damage, and you can report a loss for domestic orders between 30 and 60 days after placing the order by contacting our customer service at service@giftscar.com. Otherwise, please notify us at service@giftscar.com. All issues need to be reported within 60 days of order placement.

5. What should I do if my order was stolen after delivery?

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer service at service@giftscar.com.  Otherwise, if your shipment tracking shows that your item(s) have been delivered but you have not received them after 3 days, please notify us at service@giftscar.com.

6. What should I do if my order was lost during delivery?

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer service at service@giftscar.com. For packages that have not been delivered, the issue cannot be reported sooner than 30 days from the date it was shipped for domestic shipments (and 60 days for international shipments). If your shipment tracking shows that your item(s) have not been delivered in 30 days, please notify us at service@giftscar.com.
