Please be aware - we cannot legally include photos of celebrities, athletes, famous characters, trademarked logos, or explicit content without proper permission. We appreciate you submitting only the original photos you hold rights to.



Only The Head(s): If choosing this option, please make sure the entire head is clear and visible. If not, it may be printed as is, without any cropping.

Complete Body(s): If choosing this option, the entire body must be clear and present in the photo. Failure with this may result in your order being printed without any cropping.

Crop Details

Only The Head(s): Our skilled team of graphic designers will trim your photo to exclusively showcase the head(s) depicted in the image.

Complete Body(s): Our proficient graphic designers will eliminate the background from your photo and retain solely the body(s) displayed in the image.

Only The Vehicle: If your photo includes a car, this choice will instruct our designers to exclusively emphasize the car in the final product.

Do Not Crop: We will refrain from any cropping of your photo, and it will be presented in the final product exactly as uploaded.

Shipping Policy

If your package is damaged, lost, or delayed, please report your issue to the Seel Resolution Center. Log in with your email and order number or coverage ID from your confirmation email or through this link https://resolve.seel.com/. Seel will assess the issue to determine if the reported order issue qualifies for a payout. If the reported issue does qualify, a refund will be automatically sent to you.

👉 The factory will make a production plan within 24 hours after you submit the order, so the customized information cannot be changed once submitted, please check your customized information carefully.

👉When you order a product, it is specially designed and prepared for you. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we make exchanges for damages caused by design or product. If you have a problem feel free to message me.

👉Our supplier is experiencing huge backlogs due to increased order volume, and high-quality requirements for customized products, it may take 3-5 days longer than usual to fulfill your order.

1.  How long do I have to report a shipping issue?

If you purchased a Worry-Free Purchase with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery to report theft or damage and can report a loss for domestic orders between 30 and 60 days after placing the order through the Seel Resolution Center. Log in with your email and order number or coverage ID from your confirmation email.

Otherwise, please notify us at service@giftscar.com Support. All issues need to be reported within 60 days of order placement.

2.  What should I do if my order was stolen after delivery?

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Log in with your email and order number or coverage ID from your confirmation email.

Otherwise, if your shipment tracking shows that your item(s) have been delivered, but you have not received them after 3 days, please notify us at service@giftscar.com Support.

3.  What should I do if my order was lost during delivery?

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Log in with your email and order number or coverage ID from your confirmation email. Where the package is not delivered, the issue cannot be reported sooner than 30 days from the date it was shipped- for domestic shipments (and 60 days for international shipments).

If your shipment tracking shows that your item(s) have not been delivered in 30 days, please notify us at service@giftscar.com Support.

4. Can I change my order after it is placed?

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase protection with your order, then Seel will send you a confirmation of your Worry-Free Purchase via email with the detailed coverages included for your order. Worry-Free Purchase is not refundable unless the entire order is canceled.

5. How long for shipment?

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

1) To deliver successfully, we suggest you leave your correct email box and mobile number during the checkout process.
